STRACC is a coalition of homeowners, property managers, and affiliated individuals and businesses. We are dedicated to maximizing the benefits of vacation rentals as a necessary, valuable and important part of Chelan County tourism. We seek collaborative solutions and encourage cooperation among our members, neighbors and communities.
Upcoming MeetingsOur CommunityEach year, visitors spend more than 1 million nights in Chelan County’s rural vacation rentals. These visitors generate more than $150 million in economic activity, creating 1400 local jobs and paying $42 million in wages. The benefits go far beyond the rentals themselves, with these visitors spending $38 million on food & beverage services, $16 million on entertainment & recreation, and $36 million on retail sales.
